I understand that skiing, snowboarding and other activities around mountains including the ski resort area has risks. I judge that the individual who does these activities must take these risks and all responsibilities of accidents. Therefore, I never demand responsibilities of accidents from Powder Company, staffs and the people involved in a tour. This written oath extends to my family, all parties and myself.
Powder Company and all our staff always do our best to provide skiing and snowboarding down good terrain for our guests. Our top priority is guest’s safety. Guides comprehend condition of fields, weather and transition of snowfall. Guides also keep learning skills of guiding and lifesaving first-aid techniques. After considering guest’s ski skills, equipment, body condition and other elements, we take guests to the best field.
This is how we try to avoid the risks. However, we cannot deny all activities around mountains including ski resorts area hide unexpected risks. For this reason, the person who is active in the mountain basically assumes risks. Before sign this written oath, please understand this premise.
1）Powder Company limited (hereinafter called the company) acquires personal information in a legitimate and fair method.
2）We specify the purposes of use and scope of the use of personal information in advance, and keep all information private.
3）We use collected personal information only within the purposes of use specified.
4）We prevent and correct, if any, loss, destruction or leaks of your personal information.
5）If you have any question about personal information, we will respond legitimately.
We use personal information within the limited scope for performing our business activity. We provide information about our products, services, activities including events campaigns, contacts and request for information materials.
