What is a BACKCOUNTRY TOUR?
POWDER COMPANY GUIDES will take you to the best slopes of the day, chosen according to snow and weather conditions.
You will access a wide variety of natural terrain. Compared to the Entry BC Tour, this tour covers longer distances and offers diverse fields such as open slopes, tree runs, and stream terrain.
This tour is recommended for those who:
- Want to fully enjoy backcountry snowboarding or skiing
- Want to ride diverse natural terrain, the true highlight of the backcountry
- Want to focus on riding and experience untouched Niseko powder
- Wish to make the most of a short stay in Niseko with a backcountry adventure
Participation conditions
- Those who have the physical strength to carry around 5 kg or more on their backs in the snowy mountains for about 3 and a half hours.
- Those who can ski on snow of all terrains and conditions.
- Those who have experience in backcountry snowboarding or backcountry skiing.
