Booking Information
- Please check the menu of your choice and proceed to the booking page.
- Your reservation will be confirmed only after full payment has been completed.
- A confirmation email will be sent after your booking. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
- If there are any issues with your booking details, we may contact you again for confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations will not be confirmed without payment.
- Cancellation fees are as follows:
- From 7 days to 2 days before the tour: 50% of the fee
- From the day before the tour or later: 100% of the fee
- In case the guide decides to cancel the tour due to weather or natural conditions, we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Late Arrival & No-Show
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for the meeting time of a Regular Tour, the tour will be considered canceled and no refund will be given.
- No refund will be given in case of a no-show on the day of the tour.
Additional Notes
- Routes may be changed or the tour canceled at the guide’s discretion due to weather, avalanche risk, or other safety reasons.
- Participants without the required equipment may not be allowed to join the tour. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Minors must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
- For international guests, we strongly recommend arranging your own travel insurance.
