Birthplace: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Currently residing in Niseko.
Started living in Niseko in the winter of 1993, worked as a lift attendant and snowboard tournament organizer then became a guide in 1999.
In 2009, he officially joined the POWDER COMPANY GUIDES
His guiding skills are well known and trusted by both guests and staff alike, and he puts the guests' safety first, while at the same time having fun and improving his skills.
He also works as a rafting guide during the off-season, showing guests the "fun of Niseko" throughout the year.
